We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Geologist – Resources to join our team at the KCGM Operations, focusing on leading and coordinating one of our Resources Geology Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Resource Geology team in modelling the iconic Mt Charlotte Underground
  • Guide and mentor Project Geologists, ensuring geological excellence through interpretation, modelling, and estimation
  • Collaborate closely with Growth and Operational geology teams, identifying growth opportunities within a world-class deposit
  • Monitor reconciliation and model performance, contributing significantly to all mine geology and technical functions

Requirements:
  • A degree in Geology, preferably with Honours, from a recognised tertiary institution
  • Minimum 7 years geological experience in the mining industry, preferably in gold
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in assessing quality of all data (QAQC), drill hole programs, and reconciliation
  • Ability to produce an accurate estimate independently, including accurate orebody interpretation, geological & estimation modelling, and sound knowledge of applying geostatistics
