Project Manager

As a key component of our services offering, projects are vital to our success. The project manager is responsible for planning and executing a portfolio of projects on time and within budget.

The primary role of the project manager is to structure and manage project tasks to ensure high-quality and timely delivery while managing costs and mitigating risks.

  • Coordinate with field operations to meet project scheduling requirements.
  • Provide liaison support and guidance between supply chain and field operations to ensure timely arrival of required parts at project locations.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including equipment procurement and tracking, contractor work orders, and project cash flow.
  • Deliver clear and timely communications to leadership, internal team members, and external customers on project status or concerns.
  • Identify and recommend ways to increase team/department efficiencies of project management-related tasks.
  • Submit project billing to the finance team on a weekly basis.
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on project revenue and forecasting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of ATMs, smart safes, and recyclers.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • High-level oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
