Sales Channel Manager
About the RoleThis senior leadership position will oversee cross-selling coordination across various business units, aligning commercial strategies and integrating go-to-market initiatives. The Channel Manager is accountable for ensuring market awareness of our services and capabilities.
CollaborationCandidates will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership to build scalable frameworks for cross-brand communication and campaign alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve assigned annual new sales targets.
- Lead and coordinate cross-sell initiatives between acquired entities.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that support channel growth and partner engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate our value proposition clearly across business units.
- Identify opportunities in existing customers for product and service offerings.
- Track and report performance metrics on cross-sell activities and pipeline progress.
- Develop enablement materials for partner teams and sales liaisons.
- Ensure ongoing education and communication across teams regarding our services and capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for enabling teams and unlocking business synergies.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes in evolving environments.
- Demonstrated success in multi-brand / channel coordination.
- Energetic, resourceful, and team-oriented personality.
- Ability to establish value-added status and trusted-advisor status with prospects.
- Deep understanding of regional and national competitor offerings.
- Intrinsic motivation to meet and exceed expectations.
- Effective communication with channel partners, internal teams, and customers.
- Articulate marketing strategies, convey product and services capabilities, and negotiate partner engagements seamlessly.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency with computers and common business software tools.
- High degree of personal integrity and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and partner-led growth.
- Experience working with acquired companies or navigating post-merger integration preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, collaboration tools, and MS Office Suite.
Career Advancement Opportunities:
$92,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, plus eligibility to participate in the Burroughs Commission Incentive Plan.
