Program Management Leadership Role

This is a dynamic leadership role where you will oversee various projects within a program, ensuring they align with organizational strategic goals. You will be responsible for creating and overseeing the program management plan, including risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Oversight: Leading related projects within a program, aligning them with organizational strategic objectives.
  • Program Planning: Creating and managing the program management plan, including risk identification, issue resolution, and decision-making processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Managing program resources and influencing stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, and project teams.
  • Change Management: Supporting change management initiatives to drive organizational growth.
  • Communication: Communicating effectively with key stakeholders and senior/executive levels for alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service/problem-solving, deployment, and billing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong problem-solving skills.
