Student Conduct Manager

This role involves leading and managing a high-performing unit responsible for student integrity, conduct, and compliant case management.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence effective student conduct and integrity processes.
- Provide expert advice and leadership on student conduct, complaints, and integrity matters, ensuring compliance with Higher Education Threshold Standards and sector best practices.
- Lead and manage the student integrity, conduct, and compliant case management unit, ensuring efficient workflows and timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement through policy development, staff training, and system implementation related to student grievances, misconduct, and complaints handling.
- Oversee investigations and complex case management, including serious matters such as sexual assault and harassment, ensuring integrity, fairness, and accountability throughout the process.
The successful candidate will have extensive relevant experience and postgraduate qualifications in a related field.
