Rumi on Louth is an eco-luxury resort located on a private island in South Australia. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring inventory and fleet readiness, coordinating marine and land transport, and supervising the logistics team.
This is an opportunity to work in a unique environment with a competitive salary package including superannuation and optional off-island accommodation at a heavily subsidised rate. You will have the chance to combine your logistics expertise with a lifestyle setting like no other.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in logistics, maintenance or operational support roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of WH&S and marine/fleet regulations. They will also be comfortable working in a remote or island environment and be proactive, adaptable and reliable.
Key requirements include a current driver's licence, valid Coxswain Grade 1 or 2 Certificate of Competency, First Aid and CPR certification, Marine Radio Operator's Certificate, and experience operating small passenger vessels in open waters. A strong understanding of maritime WH&S legislation and emergency procedures is also essential.
