Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated professional to support the administration of our Early Learning Centre, providing an efficient and productive service for staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks including data management, email correspondence, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate meetings, parent consultations, and external engagements.
  • Utilize office software at an intermediate level.
  • Produce printed materials and documents using office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and binding machines.
  • Assist with operational tasks, enrolment processes, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage fee-related matters, remissions, and subsidies.
  • Maintain daily operations using the 'Xplor' Program.
