Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our growing team in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a portfolio of electrical services contracts.

Your primary focus will be on pricing and developing new service and maintenance contracts, as well as managing clients and on-site contractors. You will also be responsible for training and developing apprentices, working with multi-trade teams, senior management, and internal staff.

Additionally, you will be required to work collaboratively with our field-based operations team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take ownership of a significant portfolio of electrical services contracts and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Trade qualification in Electrical
  • Valid driver's license
  • Two recent references

You should have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proven understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) principles.
