Speech Pathologist Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team at Star HR. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to work in an educational setting, supporting students with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication skills.
- Creating personalized therapy plans to address students' specific objectives and challenges.
- Delivering direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborating with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
- Providing training and support to school staff and parents on strategies to support students' needs.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification in Speech Pathology (with SPA membership).
- Experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities, preferably within a school or educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
