Job Title

The role provides leadership in the implementation and utilization of industry-standard frameworks to manage Clinical Information Systems operations.

  • Planning, developing, implementing, managing, and continually improving processes, procedures, service standards, and tools for efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Reporting on performance indicators to measure system performance and provide information to stakeholders and sponsors, assisting with vendor agreement management.
  • Managing hardware services, including servers, scanners, and analyzers across clinical systems.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, and collaborate with vendors to meet client outcomes.
  • High-level business and operational management skills, experience in working with clients to implement organizational change, effectiveness, and best practices at strategic and operational levels.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor ICT professionals to achieve defined service levels in integrated enterprise information services operation.
