Job Description

The Data Operations Lead is a strategic role that oversees the management of enterprise data environments. This individual will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of 10 data professionals, ensuring efficient, secure, and reliable service delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of enterprise data platforms across cloud services, implementing and enforcing operational standards, governance, and service management processes, and monitoring and optimizing data platform performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading data operations teams within an enterprise environment
  • Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and Databricks
  • ITIL certification (mandatory)
  • Experience managing incidents, problems, changes, and service requests in line with ITIL
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance operational priorities with strategic improvement initiatives
