Job Opportunity: Relationship Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary contact for participants, ensuring they receive high-quality, person-centred care and support.

Your key responsibility will be to coordinate services, manage participant plans, and advocate for their rights. You will work closely with support workers, team leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless care and support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with participants, carers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage participants' plans, coordinating the delivery of support services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and maintain accurate records.
  • Address participant feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with support workers and team leaders to ensure effective care delivery.
Requirements:

We require someone with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the NDIS or disability sector.
  • A strong understanding of the NDIS framework and plan management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to coordinate services and manage multiple participants.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with disabilities.
