Key Position: Retail Leasing Executive

The role of a Retail Leasing Executive is pivotal in property management, focusing on successfully negotiating lease transactions by introducing new and exciting retailers for a portfolio of shopping centers across Canberra & Victoria.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the asset management team to develop and execute yearly leasing strategies
  • Maintain and foster stakeholder engagement
  • Negotiate effectively to fill vacancies and renew leases
  • Work closely with retail tenancy design and delivery teams
  • Stay up-to-date with current lease legislation
  • Reduce vacant retail space across the portfolio
  • Promote company-wide strategy through collaboration with asset management teams
  • Require 3+ years' experience in retail leasing
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Showcase exceptional client relationship skills
  • Achieve key performance targets
  • Possess strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and persistence
  • Working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
