About Buscojobs, a highly regarded advice firm based in New South Wales, we are renowned for our client-centric approach and outstanding holistic financial advice. We have built a solid, loyal client base and, due to ongoing growth, are now looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to join our team 4 days a week.

As a Client Service Manager, you will work closely with our Principal Financial Adviser to deliver high-quality, complex advice strategies. You will handle essential tasks such as administrative support, advice implementation, SOA/ROA drafting, and proactive communication with fund providers and clients. You will also have the opportunity to drive new initiatives and support business growth.

We are seeking an existing Client Service Officer in a financial advice company who wants to elevate their career and gain valuable exposure to High Net Worth and wholesale clients.

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a client service role in financial advice
  • Strong advice implementation experience
  • Proficient using XPlan
  • Exposure to HNW and wholesale advice is highly regarded but not essential
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
