Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Business Advisory team as Senior Advisors in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management. The successful candidates will work closely with clients to deliver asset management projects using their knowledge of the sector and industry contacts.

The role involves developing or leading data and system solutions to improve operational management and strategy of physical infrastructure in asset-intensive organisations. Positive relationships with internal teams and external market stakeholders are crucial for success.

As a trusted advisor, you will use your experience and knowledge to advise on optimal courses of action and deliver outstanding client service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing asset and maintenance management strategies
  • Providing reliability engineering expertise
  • Conducting data analysis and reviewing business and operational processes and systems
  • Enabling knowledge transfer and capability development

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Mining, manufacturing, or resources industry experience in a consulting environment
  • Extensive experience in Reliability Engineering and Maintenance strategies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities
  • Commercially astute and demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding client experiences
