  • Setting up files for new and existing clients is a crucial aspect of our work.

  • Corresponding with government and regulatory bodies in relation to client matters is essential for compliance.

Involved in client work:

  • Assisting senior staff in preparing client financial statements & income tax returns requires strong analytical skills.
  • Preparing quarterly and monthly Activity Statements involves close attention to detail.
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing clients requires effective time management.
  • Completing and submitting ASIC forms and records for client companies necessitates thorough research.
  • Handling client correspondence demands excellent interpersonal skills.

Meeting & greeting clients & contacts:

  • Conducting face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss their businesses and investments fosters strong relationships.
  • Drafting business plans & advising on commercial aspects of clients' businesses requires strategic thinking.
  • Providing advisory services such as structuring, leading to valuations and financing involves careful analysis.
About the Role

Qualifications:

  • A Business-related Degree majoring in Accounting is required.
  • Intelligence and enthusiasm are essential qualities for this role.
  • Ability to work under pressure is crucial for success.
  • Attention to detail and desire to learn are highly valued.
  • Interpersonal communication skills are necessary for effective teamwork.
