This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled and experienced Speech Pathologist to deliver therapeutic services promptly and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time management skills for managing a varied caseload, a proactive attitude motivated by improvement and learning opportunities, and a genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community
- Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to set personalized treatment goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
- Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload
- A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and learning opportunities
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
