Exhibition Coordinator Role Overview

  • This is a rare opportunity for a multi-skilled events professional to join our Exhibition Planning Services team as an Exhibitions Coordinator.

The role involves coordinating event logistics from planning through to execution, liaising with clients, exhibitors and contractors, providing operational support during exhibition bump in/out, and supporting the planning of internal AVM events.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating event setup and pack down
  • Liaising with various stakeholders
  • Providing operational support
  • Supporting event planning

This role is primarily office-based but requires physical fitness and flexibility to work outside standard hours during event setups and pack downs.

A Diploma or Degree in Event Management (or relevant experience) will be highly regarded.
