The Academy Brand is a locally owned and operated lifestyle fashion brand and we are searching for our next Multi Site Manager.
The right person for this role will be passionate about people, have exceptional communication skills, have excellent business acumen and be driven by delivering consistent results.

Hopefully that means you We are currently seeking a Multi Site Manager to join us inacross our David Jones Rundle Mall/Marion locations.
In this position you will lead the store to success through coaching and development of the team, management of day to day operations, impeccable stock management and a commitment to delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
To be successful in this role you will: Be a demonstrated, passionate people leader Be results and solutions focused Have a genuine customer focus Be able to multitask Lead with a positive and energetic approach Lead with operational excellence and an eye for detail Have strong business acumen and stock management skills Have minimum 2 years previous retail management experience (Store Manager/Multi-Site preferred) If you are looking for an opportunity to work with a brand that is rapidly growing, genuinely committed to your growth and development, and committed to delivering an exception customer experience, then we want to hear from you What we are looking for: A passionate retailer who loves engaging with customers and getting the sale.
Experienced with guiding a team to success.

Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
