
Leading Business Development and Reporting Specialist

The role of the Business Development and Reporting Lead is to implement and sustain a best-practice business partnering model, ensuring seamless collaboration between the finance value stream and other departments within an organization.
This position requires building transparency to enable effective assessment, prioritisation, and delivery of integrated services and solutions that are economically responsible, sustainable, and deliver return on investment for the organisation and its stakeholders.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting frameworks within a complex governance environment is essential.
- Demonstrated financial and business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to evaluate, interpret, identify trends, and report outcomes and issues to inform strategic decision making are required.
- Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence strategic outcomes at all levels of the organisation are necessary.
