Design Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the technical engineering aspects of our projects. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of design development and detailed design.

  • Directing teams to prioritize client needs and manage project risks.
  • Developing business cases and managing design scope.
  • Providing strategic guidance on design management, standards, and technical issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design director by ensuring clear and effective design scope management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide clear guidance.
About You
  • Degree-qualified engineer with experience managing concept or detailed design of multidisciplinary engineering projects.
  • At least 5–10 years of professional experience in engineering, including leading concept or detailed design, operational experience, and/or project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in planning and design of engineering projects for low to high-risk complexity.
