We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Governance, Legal and Risk functions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining governance frameworks, managing internal audit and providing legal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain governance frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage internal audit activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide legal advice and support to the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

">
  • Tertiary qualifications in governance/business or extensive relevant local government experience.
  • Proven skills in governance, investigations, GIPA, Public Interest Disclosures, risk and insurance, and strong communication.
  • A practical leader who can manage budgets/staff and hold a Class C driver's licence.
