We are seeking an experienced Plant Administrator to join our team on the iconic North East Link project.
Job Description:- As a key member of our plant team, you will provide administrative support, managing day-to-day activities, inclusive of diary management/scheduling, communications, reporting, records management, procurement, accounts/invoices, travelling & logistics, and purchasing.
- You will be responsible for registering and overseeing incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation, preparing relevant documentation, and maintaining an effective filing/archiving system.
- You will also be expected to continuously seek ways to improve services and processes, implement and support change strategies, and ensure all owned plant & equipment is maintained to comply with project and Australian Safety Standards.
- Rlevant word processing and secretarial qualifications and/or training
- Ideal minimum 5 years experience in Administration, or less for the right candidate
- Construction work environment desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environment
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with confidence, but tactful
- Strong level written and verbal communication
