About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Civil and Structural Engineer to lead our technical design efforts.

The successful candidate will oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  1. Demonstrated eligibility for registration with Engineers Australia in the Occupational Category of Professional Engineer grade Member.
  2. Registration on the National Engineers Register.
  3. Compliance with the Professional Engineers Registration Act 2019 (Vic).

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  1. Possess at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably with significant exposure to civil and structural engineering.
  2. Demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring abilities, driving team performance and growth.
  3. Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective stakeholder management.
  4. Display analytical and problem-solving capabilities, providing creative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
