Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Operations Planning team as a Master Data Specialist.

This role is pivotal in our growing organisation, where you will be responsible for managing master data creation, updates, and maintenance for products and materials.

You will work closely with suppliers to ensure accurate ranging, de-ranging, and new line creation processes.

Additionally, you will lead master data cleansing and validation efforts, provide user support and training across SAP and related systems, coordinate data migration and synchronization between legacy and SAP platforms, resolve data-related issues and stakeholder enquiries, and document and improve business processes and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in a data-related role, ideally within the FMCG or healthcare industry
  • Experience with SAP and IBP Planning
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Financial acumen and familiarity with SharePoint (desirable)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
  • Proactive with a willingness to learn
