SAP Master Data Specialist Role

As a SAP Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity across various portfolios. You will drive process excellence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our systems reflect timely and actionable data.

This is a pivotal role in our organisation, offering ample opportunities to shape quality strategy and influence national operations.

  • Manage master data creation, updates, and maintenance for products and materials.
  • Partner with suppliers to ensure accurate ranging, de-ranging, and new line creation processes.
  • Lead master data cleansing and validation efforts.
  • Provide user support and training across SAP and related systems.
  • Coordinate data migration and synchronization between legacy and SAP platforms.
  • Resolve data-related issues and stakeholder enquiries.
  • Document and improve business processes and workflows.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a data-related role, ideally within the FMCG or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with SAP and IBP Planning.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Financial acumen and familiarity with SharePoint (desirable).
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to change.
  • Proactive with a willingness to learn.
