About the Role

We are seeking a Part Time Office Administrator to join our team at our new Rotorua store. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for general office administration, daily cash count and balancing, preparation of daily bank deposit, and review of weekly timesheets for payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage cash handling and banking procedures
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with daily operations and tasks as required

Requirements

  • Good understanding of office administration and finance functions
  • Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
