**Our client is a national engineering company who are a world leader in the manufacture and supply of a diverse range of Electrical Enclosures (Stainless Steel to Non-Metallic), Industrial and Mining LED Lighting, Hazardous Area Enclosures and Lighting, Ultraswing Light Poles, Visible Break Isolators, Local Control Stations and Value-Add Solutions.**

**Due to continuous growth the business is seeking a talented HR Advisor to work in there Cardiff facility.**

**This position requires someone with the ability to communicate with stakeholders on all levels and has had 3 - 5 years**

**practical experience within industrial, warehouse or engineering environment.**

**As the HR Advisor you will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Support a working environment where people feel engaged, rewarded and valued.
- Provide timely, accurate and appropriate advice to managers and employees in relation to people and culture and industrial relations issues.
- Work closely with the P&C Manager to support the development of people-centred strategies and policies that assist the company in achieving its vision-related strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the managerment to support the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the Kinetic Way, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and controls are in place to manage risk.
- Develop effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation.
- Assist with compiling relevant information for P&C reports for various stakeholders
- Under the guidance of the Management, engage in effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinary, performance management, grievance, and absence management.
- Assist in the investigation of workplace incidents
- Assist in the mediation of workplace issues

**Key factors to your success include;**
- Experience in a HR business partner/ generalist role.
- Solid understanding of the relevant employment legislation
- Sound judgement and high level ability to interpret and analyse HR policies
- Strong ability to initiate, build and maintain strong and effective relationships and partnerships with all levels of stakeholders
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar is desirable
