About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team at JJ's Waste & Recycling. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our presence in the Canberra region.

As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be working closely with our existing customers to develop and nurture relationships, as well as identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them in a structured and focused manner.

We are looking for someone who is driven, passionate, and has a strong focus on customer service. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities in the Canberra region
  • Develop and nurture existing customer relationships through regular cycle visits and interactions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a weekly basis
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement
  • Strive for improvement in operations while maintaining a high level of safety at all times
About You
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong focus on customer service
  • Well-presented and possessing strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Outgoing and enjoy meeting people, with a strong focus on building relationships
  • Previous face-to-face selling experience is highly regarded
  • Motivated and able to work autonomously, with a strong attention to detail
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and access to a roadworthy vehicle
