Role Overview

This dynamic and vibrant hospitality venue is seeking a skilled Restaurant/Bar Supervisor to join their team.

As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer service to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating daily restaurant/bar operations and special events.
  • Applying your knowledge and expertise to deliver superior customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborating with the management team to create memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations.
  • Managing staff training and development, leading and motivating the team to achieve excellent results.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality, including RSA/RMLV and Approved Manager certifications.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in running restaurants/bars, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong product knowledge across food and beverage, with expertise in Modern Dining/Cocktails/Wine/Beer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
