Job OverviewThe Design Manager will lead the overall design delivery of dams projects, ensuring quality, timely completion and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively engage and guide project delivery teams, working closely with end clients and contractors.
- Utilise your expertise in dam management, leadership, coordination and communication skills to successfully engage and guide project delivery teams.
- Ensure dams projects are delivered within the constraints of quality, time and budget.
- Work collaboratively with leaders across our ANZ team for delivery of the projects, as well as assisting with project resourcing and business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience, with a proven track record in the successful delivery of large projects on time, within budget and outstanding quality. Excellent communication skills and high-quality technical and non-technical report writing are essential. Client relationship and management skills, along with experience, are also highly desirable.
