Cancer Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires performing specialized clinical pharmacy tasks in accordance with industry standards and procedures. Key responsibilities include comprehensive medication review, therapeutic drug monitoring, and optimization of cancer therapies to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use.
- Oversee the end-to-end medication management process including reviewing, validating, compounding, dispensing, and checking of chemotherapy and supportive medicines.
- Provide mentorship and day-to-day supervision for pharmacists, interns, and technicians within the Cancer Care team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing and maintaining standards of practice, clinical guidelines, and formulary processes.
The successful candidate will have advanced clinical expertise, strong judgment, and competence in Cancer Care pharmacy services, as well as excellent written and verbal skills, and be able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage meaningfully with patients.
