Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our HR data and systems initiatives, driving strategic value through innovative solutions and effective management of HR technology.

This role will involve managing and enhancing HR systems, with a focus on delivering accurate reports, dashboards, and insights that support business strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with SAP SuccessFactors, and the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance HR systems, including SuccessFactors
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Deliver accurate HR reports, dashboards, and insights
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation
  • Lead global HR system and process improvements
  • Collaborate on system enhancements and testing
  • Maintain data integrity through audits and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (admin or support level); certification highly regarded
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and familiar with PowerPoint and Visio
  • Understanding of how employee data impacts payroll, reporting, and HR processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems independently, and communicate effectively
