We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team in the capacity of Technology Support Specialist. You will work on our helpdesk, assisting users via our ticket logging system, over the phone and in person.
This is an exciting opportunity to implement the latest technology and practices to support a growing organization. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to staff members in their technological needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting Microsoft Windows on the desktop in an Active directory environment.
- Utilizing a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system to deploy and manage mobile technology.
- Assisting users with applications such as Microsoft Office 365 and printing requirements.
This position requires strong experience with Windows 10 down to driver level, working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, and demonstrated history troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems.
You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable on the phone, and a valid drivers license.
