Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client caseloads and provide case management services to support return to work outcomes.
- Apply clinical knowledge to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Work with employers and employees to design and implement workplace modifications and accommodations.
- Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized plans.
- Deliver our innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery.
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.
- Professional Registration with either ESSA or AHPRA.
- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded.
- Fabulous communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Compassion, kindness, and empathy essential for this role.
- Well-developed time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
