About the Role

Belle Property is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Management Specialist to join our team in Hunters Hill. As a Property Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our clients to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular contact with current clients and tenants to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Organize repairs and maintenance to managed properties, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of managed properties to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed ingoing and outgoing condition reports to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Handle all correspondence related to the portfolio of properties managed, including rent reviews and property-related matters.
  • Provide support to the team and others within the business as required, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
Requirements
  • Possession of a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
  • Current Drivers License and own car, which must be comprehensively insured at all times.
  • Strong administration skills, including organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in systems.
  • Maintain a high professional and ethical profile, adhering to industry and company values and standards.
  • Local area knowledge is an advantage, and opportunities to improve knowledge will be provided.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Agentbox (training will be provided).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • A willingness to take initiative, think proactively, and be comfortable dealing with clients, including CEOs and industry business leaders.
  • Process-driven, proactive, and with impeccable organizational skills.
