Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Delivery Specialist to oversee service delivery in the Network domain for a major client. This role involves ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of contracted services, managing service capabilities from communities of practice, implementing seamless end-to-end service transitions, and maintaining direct oversight of Major Incidents and Change.

About the Role
  • Earn an estimated salary of $120,000 per annum based on industry standards and qualifications required.
Job Description

The successful candidate will have a technical background in ICT Networking and be flexible and adaptable, with a passion for making things happen to meet our client's needs. They will also possess excellent relationship building and strong influencing-negotiation skills, along with extensive ICT industry and Networking experience. Additionally, they should have experience with P&L management and ICT operational delivery, as well as demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret operational data identifying trends and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage SLAs to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Manage client service escalations and drive delivery of remedial actions and recommendations.
  • Maintain direct oversight of Major Incidents and Change in the domain.
  • Interwork with third parties to achieve client objectives.
  • Ensure Optus partner/supplier performance through management of contractual deliverables.
  • Track revenue, cost, and margin against forecast.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizen for security clearance purposes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organisation environment.
  • Experience balancing operational and strategic needs to ensure sustainable trade-offs in line with business objectives.
  • ITIL/ITSM experience and certification.
