About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Specialist to join our team at Fujitsu. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the management of our WAN, LAN, and Firewall infrastructure.

  • Provide operational network incident, change and problem management technical support
  • Awareness and adherence to Fujitsu's service delivery processes and methods
  • Address problems and issues that have a major impact on business units
  • Work cross-functionally to accomplish overall objectives
  • Other responsibilities as determined from time to time

About You

  • Sound experience in LAN/WAN/Security/Application Load Balancing
  • Several years' experience in enterprise scale LAN and WAN Infrastructure
  • Experience in vendor/outsourcing environment
  • Good skills in network technologies routing / switching (core and high-end data centre devices), Firewall management (Cisco, Check Point), Load Balancers (F5)
  • Good skills in networking routing, switching, Firewall management, Load Balancers
  • Good skills in Cisco LAN/WAN, Check Point Firewalls and F5 Load-balancers
  • Experience using Enterprise class Service Desk and Operational Management, monitoring tools and processes to deliver IT support services
  • Troubleshooting, Incident management and Change management disciplines are essential
  • ITIL Service Delivery and Service Management to foundation level
  • Must hold AGSVA clearance
