Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Settlement Support Officer in our dynamic Finance department. As the last line of verification before loans are disbursed, you will ensure that all settlements across various franchises comply with our Lending Policy and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake full decision-making responsibility for the settlement and compliance of secured personal loans;
  • Communicate any compliance irregularities to stakeholders;
  • Support the broader Finance team in expanding our business operations;
  • Participate actively within the finance team responsible for achieving team objectives and contributing to the growth of the business by attaining relevant individual KPIs both behavioral and operational.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Finance or a related automotive industry;
  • Strong understanding of the Personal Loan credit process and risk assessment;
  • Sound knowledge of NCCPA, Credit Act, Privacy Act, and other applicable legislation;
  • Well-developed problem-solving and negotiation skills;
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and networking ability;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Great verbal and written communication skills;
  • Superior attention to detail.
