Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tender Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity that requires strong project management, organisational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tender documents, including RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs, ensuring all required information is included. They will also be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive database of tender-related documents, ensuring they are readily accessible for reference and reporting.

Additionally, the successful candidate will conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities, analyse tender requirements, assess risks, and provide recommendations to the management team.

They will ensure that all tender submissions comply with regulatory requirements and internal company policies, and provide feedback and analysis to the management team.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tender documents, including RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of tender-related documents.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities.
  • Analyse tender requirements, assess risks, and provide recommendations to the management team.
  • Ensure that all tender submissions comply with regulatory requirements and internal company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. They will also have proven experience in tender coordination, strong project management and organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in using software tools for document management and project tracking, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

They will also require full working rights in Australia.
