Job Opportunity

We are seeking a wildlife conservation specialist with an interest in natural history to support our practical conservation management, ecological monitoring and people engagement activities.

The role involves engaging with stakeholders to empower more people to take action for nature in their local communities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement conservation interventions and monitor their success through ecological surveys.
  • Collaborate with partners to finalise conservation plans for each target species and obtain necessary permissions.
  • Liaise with landowners and managers to increase awareness of target species, provide conservation advice, and secure permissions for surveying and habitat management tasks.
  • Develop and implement a programme of people engagement activities and volunteer tasks, providing people with experiences of nature conservation.
