Wildlife and Travel Photographer Volunteer

A 4-week volunteer program based in Mossel Bay, South Africa. Participants will gain hands-on experience working with environmental and media projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in producing wildlife and travel photographs while contributing to conservation efforts. You will accompany experienced photographers on shoots throughout the Garden Route, receive guidance on producing high-quality images, and participate in professional shoots for clients.
The program includes tutorials and practical training on setting up your own photography business, including business planning and marketing. You will also have access to an alumni network, providing opportunities for collaboration and career advancement. This program is ideal for individuals interested in developing a career in photography and willing to commit to a 4-week program.
You must have an interest in wildlife and travel photography and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations. Additionally, you should be flexible and able to work independently as part of a team. You will need to arrange your own flights, travel insurance, personal spending money, visas, and vaccinations. We provide all food, accommodation, pre-departure and in-country support, orientation, and project-related activities. The cost of the program is $3,550 USD per month.
