About the Role

The Strategic Operations Director will lead operational, financial, and fiduciary functions of a private investment business with a diversified global portfolio.

As a hands-on partner to the CEO, you'll bring structure and rigour to complex global investments, cross-jurisdictional compliance, and evolving technology systems - all in service of a multigenerational vision.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for a commercially-minded operator who thrives on detail, discretion, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive day-to-day operational excellence across finance, compliance, service provider management, and reporting.
  • Implement AI-enabled systems to increase efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO, with an eye on sustainable growth, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation.
About You

We're looking for a senior professional with 10-20 years' commercial experience and the ability to adapt to new and challenging situations.
