Job Title: Strategic Operations Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Strategic Operations Director. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive operational excellence, foster innovation, and cultivate a high-performing workforce.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding operational teams to deliver seamless service delivery, enhance productivity, improve efficiency, and maximise supplier revenue. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including commercial teams, supplier relations, and leadership across the organisation, to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational performance and achieve business objectives
  • Lead and guide operational teams to deliver exceptional results and meet customer satisfaction expectations
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles, managing large and complex customer-facing operations
  • A strong track record of operational excellence and strategic execution
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with large teams and drive performance through clear and compelling communication
