Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Accor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel's overnight activities, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring the safety and security of our property.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming late arrival guests and farewelling early departures
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's overnight operation
- Performing daily reconciliations of the hotel's trading, including checking and preparing reports, completing audits, and collating necessary paperwork
- Preparing and distributing relevant reports to relevant departments
- Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests
- Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure
- Serving overnight room service, including preparing dishes
- A night owl with excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- A good understanding of finance and accounting practices
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is a bonus
