We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's overnight operation, maintaining guest satisfaction and the safety and security of the property.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome late arrival guests, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
- Operational Management: Manage the hotel's overnight operation, including the checking and preparation of reports, completing audits, and collating necessary paperwork for departures.
- Guest Services: Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure, checking in and out guests as required.
- Room Service: Serve overnight room service, including the preparation of dishes.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maximize guest satisfaction and ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Team Player: A hands-on team player with a can-do attitude.
