Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's overnight operation, maintaining guest satisfaction and the safety and security of the property.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Welcoming late arrival guests and farewelling early departures, ensuring a positive and productive interaction.
- Operations: Managing the daily reconciliation of the hotel's trading, including checking and preparing reports, completing audits, and collating necessary paperwork for departures.
- Communication: Preparing and distributing relevant reports to relevant departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Guest Registration and Departure: Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure, checking in and out guests as required.
- Room Service: Serving overnight room service, including the preparation of dishes.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously, with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
- Finance and Accounting: A good understanding of finance and accounting practices, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol: A valid RSA Certificate, with knowledge of Opera PMS a bonus.
