We are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Transport Coordinator to join our high-energy & supportive Operations team.
- Coordinating truck scheduling for external subcontractors across multiple jobs (including major projects)
- Delivering professional, solutions-focused service to our customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with NHVR and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations, keeping safety and accountability front and centre
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records for drivers and contractors

This is an opportunity for a skilled Transport Coordinator to leverage their expertise in fleet allocation or scheduling within the transport industry. Ideally you will have experience working with multiple jobs and subcontractors, as well as knowledge of NHVR and CoR regulations.
