Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing anaesthetic services in Interventional Suites, Labour Wards, and Radiology Departments
  • Participate in Preadmission Clinics, Acute Pain Services, and Clinical Emergency Response Services (CERS)

Your Capabilities

  • Hold a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and be registrable with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrate clinical practice as a registered medical practitioner for at least two years, with progress towards career goals in Anaesthetics or Critical Care
  • Have at least one year of experience in Anaesthetics
  • Show clinical competency and the ability to work independently within a supervised complex clinical environment
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, risk management, and a sound understanding of legal and ethical obligations in medical practice
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with effective time management and problem-solving abilities in a multidisciplinary team setting
