Senior Clinical Leadership Role

As a senior clinical leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of mental health services within our multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical practice, promoting a therapeutic environment, and fostering collaboration among healthcare professionals.

  • Design, develop, and evaluate evidence-based interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Provide expert supervision, guidance, and consultation to clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, individual sessions, and group facilitations to meet the diverse needs of patients.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal patient care.
  • Participate actively in service development and quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in mental health care.
Requirements
  • Registered Psychologist with AHPRA (Clinical endorsement)
  • Clinical Board-approved supervisor with expertise in trauma-informed care and treatment modalities for comorbid conditions
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support a clinical team effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
